Coming soon we are proud to offer custom built or modified boats built with surfers and explorers in mind. Design focuses on reliability, efficiency and practical use of space. Our overall goal is to allow you to customize an existing boat or start from new to get exactly what you need. Boats are built with an emphasis on being reliable by utilizing top of the line materials and current best practices for building and rigging.

You can get out and explore more breaks, find more fish or camp on deserted islands with a boat built for your needs. As with all building projects we are mindful of the environmental impact every product has so building a long lasting vessel with every effort made to utilize evnviromenmaly conscious materials is made from recycled foam core to bio based resin and premium quality wood choices.

Currently two boats are under construction utilizing a complete refit method and new cold molded build method.

Custom made surf boats

Carolina 20' cold mold:

This is a ground up build with hull designed by B&B yacht out of North Carolina. Built to be an exceptionally effceint trailerable boat you can lanch and cruise easily allowing access to all sort of new areas. The hull is built with the best materials available Okume and Sapele throughout glassed with Entropy epoxy resin. The cabin is foam cored Airex for light weight strength and insulation letting you run comfortable in three seasons. Watch the build progress on Instagram!

Hydrasport 1800cc refit:

Taking the efficient well built hull of an outdated center console and transforming into an almost new pilot housed exploration vessel is our goal. Stripped down and structurally repaired it is being refit with a foam cored pilot house and all the amenities a real working vessel needs. New reliable systems designed to be simple and durable as well as a full cosmetic upgrade. Watch the build progress on Instagram!
